  • 2 1/2 cups oats
  • 1/4 cup chocolate powder
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon juice blueberry
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup almonds
  • 1/2 cup grated coconut

Directions

    Preheat the oven to 180C.

    Mix the oats and chocolate powder in a bowl.

    Mix in the oil, blueberry juice, vanilla, and maple syrup.

    Place the mixture on a large baking tray which was previously covered with cooking spray.

    Bake for 10 minutes, remove the tray and mix everything together. Bake for 10 more minutes.

    Take the tray out one more time, stir the oats and bake for a final 3-5 minutes.

    Let the granola cool. Once the granola is at room temperature add the almonds, chocolate, and coconut.
