Chocolate Hazelnut Bars

Ingredients

  • 1 cup self-rising flour, sifted + 2 tbsp
  • 1 cup desiccated coconut
  • 2/3 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 2/3 cup chocolate-hazelnut spread
  • 5.25 oz white chocolate, melted

Directions

    Preheat oven to 350°F. Lightly grease and line a 7x11 inch rimmed baking tray with parchment paper. Combine flour, coconut and sugar. Add butter and mix well. Press firmly into base of pan. Bake for 10-12 mins, until lightly browned. Allow to cool slightly.

    Cover base with chocolate-hazelnut spread then bake for another 8 mins. Allow to cool.

    Drizzle white chocolate over top and set aside until firm. Cut into rectangles to serve.
