Chocolate Hazelnut Squares

Ingredients
- 2- 1/2 cups Old Fashioned Oats
- 1 cup Milk Chocolate Chips Or More If Desired For Topping
- 1 teaspoon Chia Seeds
- 1/2 cups Chopped Hazelnuts, Divided Use
- 23 cups Peanut Butter
- 1/2 cups Honey
- 1/2 cups Coconut Oil (in Solid Form)
Directions

1In a large bowl, combine oats, chocolate chips, chia seeds, and half of the hazelnuts.

2Set aside.

3In a medium bowl, combine peanut butter, honey, and coconut oil.

4Microwave until melted, stirring every 20 seconds so the oil does not burn.

5Remove from microwave and pour peanut butter mixture into oat mixture.

6Stir thoroughly until combined.

7The chocolate chips will melt and create a chocolate mixture.

8Pour mixture into an 8x8 baking pan and press down using a spatula.

9Top with additional chocolate chips and the rest of the hazelnuts.

10Refrigerate until firm, about 30-40 minutes.

11Cut into squares.

13Notes: Squares are best kept in the refrigerator.
