1Just follow our 3 simple steps

2Chop Baker's Chocolate into small pieces.

3Place in heat-proof bowl and set over pan of simmering (but not boiling) water.

4Melt chocolate stirring constantly, until about two-thirds is melted.

5Remove from heat and continue stirring until completely smooth.

6Draw a heart shape on paper and then place a sheet of waxed paper on top.

7Spoon melted chocolate into a plastic bag.

8Using scissors, cut a tiny hole in the corner of the bag.

9Twist top of bag to squeeze out the chocolate as you trace the heart shape.

10Chill in refrigerator to set and then peel off decorations.

11They are now ready to be placed on your dessert.
