- 1 stick oleo
- 1 c. pecans, chopped fine
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1 c. Cool Whip (at room temperature)
- 1 small pkg. chocolate instant pudding
- 1 small pkg. vanilla instant pudding
- 3 c. milk
- 1 c. powdered sugar
Directions

1Cut oleo into flour with pastry cutter.

2Add nuts and cut again.

3Pat into 9 x 13-inch pan.

4Bake 20 minutes at 350° and chill.

5Mix cream cheese and sugar.

6Mix in Cool Whip and spread on pie crust.
