  • 4 1/4 lb. bars Baker's German's sweet chocolate
  • 3 Tbsp. water
  • 4 egg yolks
  • 4 Tbsp. powdered sugar
  • 4 egg whites, stiffly beaten
  • 2 c. cream, whipped
  • extra whipped cream for garnish

    Melt chocolate in a double boiler.

    Add water and blend until smooth.

    Add egg yolks and beat vigorously until blended.

    Add powdered sugar; blend.
