- 4 sq. dark chocolate
- 1 1/2 c. milk
- 2 Tbsp. cold water
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 c. sugar
- 3 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
Directions

1Melt chocolate in a double boiler.

2When melted add sugar, milk and cornstarch which have already been blended with water.

3Remove from double boiler and place on direct heat, medium-high.

4Cook until thick.

5Remove from heat and add butter and vanilla.

6Stir. Enjoy!
