  • 4 ounces semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 4 tablespoons flour
  • 4 eggs
  • 4 egg yolks

    In double boiler melt butter and chocolate.

    Heat until chocolate lightly coats a spoon.

    In separate bowl mix sugar, flour, egg and egg yolks with a whisk till smooth.

    Pour chocolate into bowl with sugar and egg mix and blend well.

    Pour into bowls and bake for 10-15 minutes for 5 liquid ounces.
