    combine cream cheese 1 1/4 cup whip cream and icing sugar until smooth.

    spread on top of cookie crust.

    refrigerate while making pudding.

    mix 1 1/3 cup milk mix until thick place in fridge for 5 min to thicken

    spread over base and top with remaining whip cream and mini chipits
