- 1 (12 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips
- rose leaves or camellia leaves, washed
Directions

1Place chocolate chips in ovenproof bowl in warm oven, about 150°, leaving oven door slightly open.

2When chocolate has begun to melt yet still retains shape somewhat, remove from oven and beat until smooth.

3Pull a single leaf upside down over surface of chocolate.

4Tap leaf against bowl to remove excess.

5Place chocolate side up on baking sheet.

6Chill in refrigerator.

7When chocolate is chilled and hardened, peel off rose leaf.

8Can store in airtight container in refrigerator for several days.

9Serves 10 to 12.
