- 7 oz. sweet chocolate bits
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 2 egg whites
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 c. coconut (preferably moist)
Directions

1Melt chocolate in double boiler.

2Beat egg whites until foamy. Gradually add sugar.

3Continue beating until mixture stands in peaks.

4Add salt, vanilla and melted chocolate.

5Add coconut.

6Mix well.

7Drop by teaspoonfuls onto glazed paper.

8Bake 20 minutes in 325° oven.

9Cool slightly before removing from paper.
