- 1 1/3 c. coconut
- 1/3 c. sugar
- 3 Tbsp. flour
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- 2 egg whites
- 1/2 tsp. almond extract
- 1 sq. semi-sweet chocolate
Directions

1Heat oven to 325°.

2Mix coconut, sugar, flour and salt.

3Stir in egg whites and almond extract; mix well.

4Place unwrapped chocolate in microwave dish. Melt; stir melted chocolate into coconut mixture.

5Drop by teaspoons onto lightly greased cookie sheets, 1 inch apart.

6Bake 20 minutes until edges are golden brown.
