  • 3 cups brown sugar
  • 13 cup soy milk
  • 13 cup oatmeal milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon coconut extract
  • 4 tablespoons cocoa powder unsweetened
  • 4 cups rolled oats

Directions

    Mix sugar and milks in a pot, and bring to a boil.

    Remove from heat, and stir in vanilla and coconut extracts.

    Stir in cocoa, and mix until blended.

    Stir in oats.

    Mix well, should make a very stiff dough.

    Spoon onto a cookie sheet, and refrigerate for 20 minutes.
