- 1 cup cocoa
- 1 cup maple syrup
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 cup water
Directions

1In a saucepan, combine all ingredients.

2Bring to a boil and simmer five minutes, stirring constantly.

3Serve hot or cold over ice cream.

4Store in sealed container in refrigerator.

5Make chocolate milk or hot chocolate adding 1 or 2 Tbsp chocolate syrup to a glass of cold or hot milk. Stir well and serve.
