  • 1/4 cup quick oats
  • 2 tbsp fitness flakes crushed
  • 1 tsp powdered sugar plus extra for helping you roll treats.

Directions

    Mix all ingredients together and roll into bitesized balls with the help of powdered sugar to reduce stickiness.
