- 4 sq. unsweetened chocolate
- 2 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 4 eggs
- 1 Tbsp. water
- green food coloring
- 1 c. margarine
- 1 c. flour
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 3/4 c. confectioners sugar
- 1/4 tsp. peppermint extract
Directions

1Preheat the oven to 350°.

2Grease a 13 x 9-inch pan.

3In a small saucepan, over low heat, melt the margarine and chocolate. Stir occasionally.

4Pour the margarine mixture into a large bowl. Add the sugar, flour, vanilla, salt and the eggs.

5With a mixer at low speed, beat the ingredients until blended.

6Pour into the prepared pan and bake about 35 minutes.

7Cool on a wire rack.
