- 1 3/4 c. all-purpose flour
- 1 1/2 c. confectioners sugar
- 1/2 c. unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 c. (2 sticks) cold butter
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp. peppermint extract
- green or red food coloring (optional)
- 1/2 c. chopped nuts
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2In medium-sized bowl, combine flour, sugar and cocoa.

3With pastry blender or two knives, cut in butter until crumbly (mixture will be dry).

4Set aside 2 cups of crumb mixture in small bowl; press remainder firmly on bottom of 9 x 13-inch baking pan.

5Bake 15 minutes.
