  • 1 3 3/8 oz. pkg. pistachio instant pudding
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/4 c. oil
  • 1 c. water
  • 1/2 tsp. peppermint extract
  • 8 drops green food color
  • 1 c. mini chocolate chips
  • 1 box chocolate covered thin mints
