- 7 oz. jar marshmallow cream
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 2/3 c. evaporated milk
- 10 oz. mint chocolate morsels
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/2 c. chopped nuts
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
Directions

1In heavy gauge saucepan combine marshmallow cream, sugar, evaporated milk, butter and salt.

2Bring to full rolling boil over moderate heat, stirring constantly.

3Remove from heat.

4Add mint chocolate morsels; stir until morsels are melted and mixture is smooth.

5Stir in nuts and vanilla extract.

6Pour into foil-lined 8-inch square pan.

7Chill until firm.
