  • 1 1/2 c. cold milk, half and half or light cream
  • 1 (4 serving size) pkg. chocolate instant pudding
  • 8 oz. Cool Whip
  • 1 c. (or more) chopped mint Andes candies
  • 1/2 tsp. mint extract or a few drops of mint oil
  • 1 packaged chocolate crumb crust

    Pour milk into a large bowl.

    Add pudding mix.

    Beat, until well blended, for 1 minute.

    Let stand 5 minutes.

    Fold in whipped topping, chopped candies and mint flavoring.
