- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/3 c. unsweetened cocoa
- 1/4 c. cornstarch
- 3 c. 1% low-fat milk
- 1 Tbsp. creme de menthe
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
Directions

1Combine sugar, cocoa and cornstarch in a medium saucepan. Gradually add milk, stirring with a wire whisk until smooth.

2Cook over medium-low heat, stirring constantly, 25 to 30 minutes or until mixture is thickened.

3Remove from heat.

4Stir in creme de menthe and vanilla.

5Spoon mixture into individual dessert dishes. Cover and chill thoroughly.
