  • 2 sq. semi-sweet chocolate
  • 1/2 c. oleo
  • 2 eggs, beaten until frothy
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1/4 tsp. peppermint extract
  • 1/2 c. flour
  • pinch of salt

Directions

    Melt chocolate with oleo; set aside.

    Beat eggs until frothy; add sugar and peppermint extract.

    Add chocolate and oleo mixture. Add flour and salt; mix well.

    Put in greased 9 x 9-inch pan. Bake at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes.
