Ingredients

  • 3 cups whole wheat flour
  • 2 tsp. Magic Baking Powder
  • 1/2 tsp. baking soda
  • 1 cup non-hydrogenated margarine
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar blend sugar replacement, packed
  • 2 each eggs
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 2 tsp. vanilla
  • 4 squares Baker's Semi-Sweet Chocolate, chopped

Directions

    Mix flour, baking powder and baking soda; set aside.

    Beat margarine, sugar replacement, eggs, honey and vanilla in large bowl with mixer until well blended.

    Add flour mixture; beat just until blended.

    Stir in chocolate.

    Refrigerate 30 min.

    Drop level 1-Tbsp.

    (15-mL) portions of dough, 2 inches apart, onto parchment paper-lined sheet pans.

    Bake in 350 degrees F standard oven 8 to 10 min.

    or until golden brown.

    Cool in pans 3 min.
