  • 2 c. heavy cream
  • 3 egg whites
  • 1 c. powdered sugar
  • 8 oz. semi-sweet chocolate

Directions

    Whip heavy cream until just about to separate.

    Place in refrigerator.

    Beat egg whites until they peak.

    Add powdered sugar and beat until stiff peaks.

    Melt semi-sweet chocolate over boiling water.

    Combine whipped cream and egg whites; fold together. Dribble chocolate over and blend.

    Spoon into serving dishes and refrigerate 4 to 5 hours.

    Serve with whipped cream.
