- 3 egg whites
- 1 c. powdered sugar
- 8 oz. semi-sweet chocolate
Directions

1Whip heavy cream until just about to separate.

2Place in refrigerator.

3Beat egg whites until they peak.

4Add powdered sugar and beat until stiff peaks.

5Melt semi-sweet chocolate over boiling water.

6Combine whipped cream and egg whites; fold together. Dribble chocolate over and blend.

7Spoon into serving dishes and refrigerate 4 to 5 hours.

8Serve with whipped cream.
