Ham-Pineapple Rolls

  • 1 (8 1/4 oz.) can crushed pineapple (reserve liquid)
  • 1 (6 oz.) pkg. Stove Top stuffing mix
  • 12 thin slices deli ham
  • 1 or 2 Tbsp. butter

Directions

    Drain pineapple, measuring syrup and adding enough water to make 1 1/2 cups.

    Prepare stuffing mix according to package directions, substituting juice liquid for water and adding crushed pineapple to stuffing crumbs.

    Spoon about 1/4 cup stuffing on each ham slice.

    Roll up and place seam side down in melted butter in a skillet.

    Heat, uncovered, turning occasionally.

    Makes 12 rolls.
