  • 4 eggs, separated
  • 1 pkg. chocolate chips
  • 1/4 c. hot, strong coffee
  • 2 Tbsp. creme de cacao

Directions

    Put chocolate chips in blender and add the coffee.

    Blend on high for one minute.

    Add egg yolks and the creme de cacao and blend for one minute.

    In a separate bowl, beat the egg whites until stiff.

    Add the chocolate mixture and the egg white mixture and blend thoroughly until no streaks remain.

    Pour into a glass bowl and refrigerate for 8 hours or overnight.
