- 4 eggs, separated
- 1 pkg. chocolate chips
- 1/4 c. hot, strong coffee
- 2 Tbsp. creme de cacao
Directions

1Put chocolate chips in blender and add the coffee.

2Blend on high for one minute.

3Add egg yolks and the creme de cacao and blend for one minute.

4In a separate bowl, beat the egg whites until stiff.

5Add the chocolate mixture and the egg white mixture and blend thoroughly until no streaks remain.

6Pour into a glass bowl and refrigerate for 8 hours or overnight.
