- 3 egg whites

Directions

1In a microwave-safe bowl, add the chocolate and, on medium heat, microwave in 1-minute intervals until melted.

2Separately, in another bowl whisk the egg whites with a pinch of salt until stiff peaks.

3Fold the egg whites carefully into the chocolate.

4Separate into 2 serving dishes and refrigerate a few hours before serving.
