  • 5/8 cup marshmallows
  • 3 1/2 ounces chocolate
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 7/8 cup heavy cream / double cream

Directions

    Put the chopped chocolate, marshmallows, milk and butter in a heat-proof bowl, then use double boiler to melt everything completely. Mix well and it will become thick chocolate sauce. Let it cool completely.

    Beat the whipping or double cream until thick.

    Then gently fold in chocolate sauce and mix it gently.

    Pour the mousse into your dessert bowls or glasses, chill in fridge for about 30 minutes.

    Garnish with whipped cream and fruit.
