- 1 (12 oz.) bag semi-sweet chocolate morsels
- 3 Tbsp. sugar
- 6 Tbsp. cold water
- 6 egg yolks
- 6 egg whites
- 2 pt. heavy cream
- 2 tsp. vanilla
Directions

1Melt chocolate bits and water in double boiler.

2Add sugar and mix well.

3Remove from heat; add egg yolks and cool.

4Beat egg whites to peaks.

5Fold into chocolate mixture.

6Beat 1 pint of cream with vanilla.

7Fold into chocolate mixture and chill for 24 hours.

8Whip the remaining 1 pint of cream for a garnish on top of mousse.
