  • 1 stick margarine
  • 1 c. plain flour
  • 1/2 c. chopped nuts
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 c. powdered sugar
  • 1/3 large Cool Whip
  • 1 large instant chocolate pudding

Directions

    Melt margarine and mix with flour and nuts.

    Spread in an 8 x 8-inch dish and cook at 325° for 25 minutes.

    Cool.

    Beat cream cheese, sugar and Cool Whip until creamy.

    Spread over crust.

    Mix chocolate pudding as directed on box.

    Spread over cream mixture. Top with Cool Whip and chopped nuts; refrigerate.
