- 1 stick margarine
- 1 c. plain flour
- 1/2 c. chopped nuts
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1 c. powdered sugar
- 1/3 large Cool Whip
- 1 large instant chocolate pudding
Directions

1Melt margarine and mix with flour and nuts.

2Spread in an 8 x 8-inch dish and cook at 325° for 25 minutes.

3Cool.

4Beat cream cheese, sugar and Cool Whip until creamy.

5Spread over crust.

6Mix chocolate pudding as directed on box.

7Spread over cream mixture. Top with Cool Whip and chopped nuts; refrigerate.
