- 1/2 lb. sweet dark chocolate
- 5 Tbsp. water
- 5 eggs, separated
- 2 tsp. rum
Directions

1Melt chocolate in water.

2Carefully mix with well-beaten egg yolks and rum.

3Beat egg whites until they are stiff and gently fold them into the chocolate mixture.

4Pour into individual molds and chill for at least 4 hours.

5Serve with whipped cream.
