  • 1 pkg. Minute wild rice
  • 1 c. onions
  • 1 c. celery
  • 1/2 c. bell peppers
  • 1 tsp. thyme

    Prepare wild rice as directed.

    Saute onions, celery and bell peppers in butter until tender.

    Do not brown. Combine sauteed ingredients with rice.
