- 8 oz. semi-sweet chocolate bits
- 4 Tbsp. water
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla flavoring
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. butter
- 4 egg yolks
- 4 egg whites
Directions

1Melt the chocolate and water together in a small pan.

2Stir in the vanilla flavoring and butter, then the egg yolks, 1 at a time. Beat the egg whites until stiff.

3Fold the chocolate mixture into the egg whites, using a rubber spatula or a metal spoon.

4When thoroughly mixed, pour into a glass bowl.

5Cover and chill overnight.

6Serve with whipped cream on top.
