  • 1 egg, slightly beaten
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/4 c. margarine, softened
  • 1/2 c. cracker crumbs
  • 2 c. cooked squash, mashed and well drained
  • 1/2 c. buttered corn bread crumbs, seasoned with black pepper

Directions

    Mix ingredients except butter and cornbread crumbs.

    Place in greased dish.

    Top with cornbread crumbs and butter.

    Bake at 250° for 30 minutes.

    Microwave on High for 8 to 10 minutes.
