- 4 pkg. ladyfingers
- 3 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate bits
- 1 c. granulated sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 8 eggs, separated
Directions

1Line sides and bottom of spring-form pan with ladyfingers. Combine chocolate bits, sugar and 1/2 cup cold water over low heat. Stir until melted and beat until smooth.

2Cool slightly and add vanilla.

3In a large bowl, beat egg yolks slightly.

4Gradually, add chocolate mixture until thick.

5Beat 8 egg whites until stiff. Fold beaten egg whites in chocolate mixture with spatula.

6Spread over first layer of ladyfingers and repeat until mixture is used. Refrigerate 4 hours.

7Can be made the day before also.

8This is a rich, delicious dessert, easy to make.
