  • 2 sq. (2 oz.) unsweetened chocolate
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 1/2 Tbsp. superfine sugar

    Melt chocolate in double butter.

    Separate eggs.

    Beat whites until stiff.

    Add superfine sugar and beat again.

    Beat egg yolks very slightly.

    Add to chocolate and mix well.

    Fold in egg whites.

    Spoon into glasses.
