- 6 slices bread, buttered
- 1 lb. ground pork sausage
- 8 eggs (large)
- 1/2 c. sour cream
- 1/2 lb. or more shredded Cheddar cheese
Directions

1Butter a 9 x 13-inch pan or dish and place bread, buttered side down, in dish.

2Cook sausage; drain off excess fat, then crumble over bread slices.

3Beat eggs and sour cream.

4Pour over sausage; sprinkle cheese over top.

5Cover with foil and refrigerate 6 to 8 hours.

6Uncover and bake in 350° oven for 45 to 50 minutes or in 325° oven if a glass pan.
