- 4 oz. bar sweet baking chocolate
- 3 Tbsp. brewed coffee
- 4 egg yolks
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 4 egg whites, beaten stiff
- 1 1/2 c. heavy cream, whipped
Directions

1Put chocolate and coffee in a double boiler until melted and smooth.

2Let cool.

3In separate bowl, beat egg yolks.

4Add sugar and beat until light and fluffy.

5Stir in chocolate mixture and vanilla.

6Fold in egg whites gently but thoroughly and then fold in the whipped cream.

7Turn into 1 1/2-quart bowl and chill for 4 hours.

8Garnish top with chocolate curls.
