- 8 1/2 oz. plain chocolate wafers
- 6 Tbsp. butter, melted
- 12 oz. semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 6 eggs, separated
- 1 Tbsp. vanilla
- 1/4 c. Amaretto
- 1/2 c. heavy cream, whipped
Directions

1Crush wafers and combine with butter.

2Generously grease spring-form pan with butter.

3Press crumb mixture (cookies and butter) on bottom of pan.

4Melt chocolate chips in double boiler. Remove from heat.

5Gradually add slightly beaten egg yolks, vanilla and Amaretto.

6Beat egg whites until stiff.

7Fold into mixture.

8Beat cream.
-
9Fold cream into chocolate mixture.

10Spoon into crust.

11Refrigerate 5 hours before serving.
