- 1 c. (6 oz.) milk chocolate morsels
- 1/4 c. whipping cream
- 2 Tbsp. water
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 1 1/2 c. whipping cream, whipped
- 1 c. vanilla wafers, crushed
Directions

1Combine chocolate morsels, 1/4 cup whipping cream and water in a heavy saucepan; cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until chocolate melts.

2Let cool.

3Stir in vanilla and fold in whipped cream.

4Layer mousse and vanilla wafer crumbs into 6 (4 ounce) parfait glasses.

5Cover.

6Freeze at least 1 hour or up to 2 days. Let stand 10 to 15 minutes before serving.
