Chocolate Mousse Pie

- 1/4 c. butter
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 2 oz. semi-sweet chocolate
- 2 eggs
- 2 c. Cool Whip
- 9-inch baked pie shell
- chopped nuts (if desired)
Directions

1Cream together the butter and sugar until well blended.

2Melt the chocolate. Let cool. Add to butter and sugar.

3Add the eggs, one at a time, beating 5 minutes after each one.

4Fold in the Cool Whip. Spoon into the pie shell.

5Sprinkle with chopped nuts, if desired.

6Top with Cool Whip as if it were meringue. Refrigerate 6 hours before serving.
