  • 1 Egg
  • 3 Tbs. Milk
  • 3 Tbs. Oil
  • 1 Small capful Vanilla extract
  • 1 Small handful miniature chocolate chips
  • 1 Handful coconut
  • -Substitute some of the liquid with your favorite liquor
  • -Add chopped nuts

    Mix the dry ingredients in a microwave safe mug. Add the liquid ingredients and mix together, being sure to scrape the inside-bottom perimiter of the mug. Microwave the batter-filled mug on high for 2.5 minutes, and then let cool until it is safe to eat.
