  • 1 lb thin spaghetti
  • 2 (14 1/2 ounce) cans whole tomatoes
  • 8 slices bacon
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon bacon drippings

Directions

    Fry bacon until crisp, drain on paper towel and crumble.

    In a food processor or blender pulse tomatoes until desired consistency.

    Return the bacon to the skillet and add tomatoes and the reserved drippings and simmer 5 - 10 minutes.

    Stir the sauce into the hot cooked spaghetti.
