  • 1 34 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 12 cup butter or 12 cup margarine, melted
  • 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips, divided
  • 1 (14 ounce) caneagle brand sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup chopped nuts

    Preheat oven to 375F In medium mixing bowl, combine crumbs and butter; press firmly on bottom of ungreased 13x9 -inch baking pan.

    Bake 8 minutes.

    Reduce oven temperature to 350F.

    In small saucepan, melt 1 cup chips with Eagle Brand and vanilla.

    Spread chocolate mixture over prepared crust.

    Top with remaining 1 cup chocolate chips and nuts.

    Press down firmly.

    Bke 25-30 minutes.

    Cool.

    Chill, if desired.

    Cut into bars.

    Store loosely covered at room temperature.
