- 1 34 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 12 cup butter or 12 cup margarine, melted
- 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips, divided
- 1 (14 ounce) caneagle brand sweetened condensed milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup chopped nuts
Directions

1Preheat oven to 375F In medium mixing bowl, combine crumbs and butter; press firmly on bottom of ungreased 13x9 -inch baking pan.

2Bake 8 minutes.

3Reduce oven temperature to 350F.

4In small saucepan, melt 1 cup chips with Eagle Brand and vanilla.

5Spread chocolate mixture over prepared crust.

6Top with remaining 1 cup chocolate chips and nuts.

7Press down firmly.

8Bke 25-30 minutes.

9Cool.

10Chill, if desired.

11Cut into bars.

12Store loosely covered at room temperature.
