  • 6 eggs
  • 4 c. sugar
  • 3 Tbsp. flour (heaping)
  • 1/2 c. cocoa
  • 1 large can evaporated milk
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 1 small can coconut
  • 1 c. chopped pecans
  • 3 (9-inch) pie shells

Directions

    Mix sugar, flour and cocoa.

    Add mix.

    Beat eggs and add to mixture.

    Melt margarine and add to mixture.

    Stir in vanilla and coconut.

    Pour mixture into shells and sprinkle chopped pecans on top.

    Bake at 325° for 60 minutes.

    Pies freeze really well.
