  • 1 pkg. (225 g) Baker's Semi-Sweet Chocolate
  • 8 oz. Baker's White Chocolate
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 12 HoneyMaid Graham Wafers, coarsely crushed

    GREASE a 6 cup (1.5L) loaf pan and line with wax paper.

    MELT semi-sweet chocolate over hot water, with 1/4 cup (50mL) butter and melt the white chocolate with remaining butter.

    Cool.

    WHIP eggs until slightly thick.

    Fold into semi-sweet chocolate.

    Fold one-half of the crushed wafers into the semi-sweet mixture and add the other half of the wafers into the white chocolate.

    PLACE by alternating spoonfuls into prepared loaf pan.

    Refrigerate until firm.

    SERVE in thin slices with fruit.
