- 1 pkg. (225 g) Baker's Semi-Sweet Chocolate
- 8 oz. Baker's White Chocolate
- 1/2 cup butter
- 2 eggs
- 12 HoneyMaid Graham Wafers, coarsely crushed
Directions

1GREASE a 6 cup (1.5L) loaf pan and line with wax paper.

2MELT semi-sweet chocolate over hot water, with 1/4 cup (50mL) butter and melt the white chocolate with remaining butter.

3Cool.

4WHIP eggs until slightly thick.

5Fold into semi-sweet chocolate.

6Fold one-half of the crushed wafers into the semi-sweet mixture and add the other half of the wafers into the white chocolate.

7PLACE by alternating spoonfuls into prepared loaf pan.

8Refrigerate until firm.

9SERVE in thin slices with fruit.
