- 1-1/2 cups (3 sticks) butter, softened
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 cup firmly packed light brown sugar
- 3 cups flour
- 3/4 cup finely chopped PLANTERS COCKTAIL Peanuts
- 4 squares BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Chocolate, melted

1Preheat oven to 350F.

2Beat butter, peanut butter and sugar in large bowl with electric mixer on medium speed until light and fluffy.

3Add flour; beat on low speed until well blended.

4Add peanuts; mix well.

5Divide dough into 4 equal portions.

6Flatten each portion into 6-inch circle on foil-covered baking sheet.

7Cut each circle into 16 triangles.

8(Do not separate triangles.)

9Bake 16 to 18 min.

10or until lightly browned.

11Cool on baking sheet 5 min.

12Cut into triangles with sharp knife.

13Separate triangles, then place on wire racks; cool completely.

14Drizzle evenly with chocolate.

15Let stand until chocolate is firm.
