- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup light corn syrup
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- 1 cup pecan halves
- 1 tbsp. butter
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate pieces
Directions

1Combine sugar, corn syrup and salt in 1-1/2 qt glass bowl or casserole.

2Microwave on HIGH for 4 minutes.

3Stir in pecans.

4Microwave on HIGH for 4 minutes or until lightly browned, stirring every 2 minutes.

5Add butter, vanilla and chocolate; stir until chocolate is melted.

6Pour mixture onto greased baking sheet, spreading as thin as possible, using 2 forks.

7Cool and break into small pieces.
