Ingredients

• 1 lb. ground beef
• 1/2 to 1 tsp. garlic salt
• 1/2 c. fine dry bread crumbs *
• 2/3 c. tomato catsup or paste
• 1 (2 oz.) can mushrooms
• 2 to 3 slices American cheese
• 1/4 tsp. oregano
• 1/3 c. evaporated milk
• 2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
