Chocolate Pecan Candy

Ingredients

  • 2 c. sugar
  • 2 to 3 Tbsp. cocoa
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 c. chopped pecans

Directions

    Mix first four ingredients together in saucepan and cook on high to a rolling boil that cannot be stirred down.

    Cook 90 seconds longer, unstirred.

    Remove from heat and add vanilla. Cool slightly in a sink of cold water.

    Stir in 1 cup of chopped pecans.

    Pour into greased 9 x 13-inch dish and let cool.
